ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK PRINSIP HAK UNTUK DILUPAKAN (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN) DALAM PENELITIAN KEARSIPAN YANG TERINDEKS DI DIMENSIONS.AI

Abstract


The principle of the "right to be forgotten" better known as the Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) is a person's right to request that their personal information be deleted from the archives manager. This is related to archives because it will impact archive management, especially assessment or appraisal activities. So the principles contained in these regulations are essential for archives because they are closely related to public trust in archives. The aim of this research is to analyze how research trends relate to RTBF principles in the field of archives. This research method uses a bibliometric approach using VOSviewer to analyze and describe the results of scientific publications from the Dimensions.ai database as a research source. Data collection began with the results of keyword analysis related to the RTBF principle totaling 1,076 with a threshold of 166. From the keyword analysis, it was found that there were 7 archival research articles with a time period of 2014 to 2023. From these 7 articles, if averaged the result is 0.7 articles. published annually regarding this research topic. This result is still relatively small. Further research is needed related to RTBF principles in the archives sector because privacy in archives will affect the level of public trust and the RTBF principles included in the 2022 PDP Law. It is hoped that there will be further research related to RTBF principles in the archives sector by using different databases or using other methods, to develop this research topic in the future.

Prinsip “hak untuk dilupakan” atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) adalah hak seseorang untuk meminta dihapuskan informasi pribadinya pada pengelola kearsipan. Ini berhubungan dengan arsip karena akan berdampak pada pengelola arsip khususnya kegiatan penilaian atau appraisal. Sehingga prinsip yang ada pada regulasi tersebut menjadi penting bagi kearsipan karena erat kaitanya dengan kepercayaan masyarakat pada arsip Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menaganalisis bagaimana dan tren penelitian terakit dengan prinsip RTBF di bidang kearsipan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibilometrik dengan penggunaan VOSviewer untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hasil publikasi ilmiah dari database Dimensions.ai sebagai sumber penelitian. Pengumpulan data dimulai dengan hasil analisis kata kunci terkait prinsip RTBF berjumlah 1.076 dengan threshold 166. Dari analisis kata kunci didapati secara spesifik terkait penelitian ini sebanyak 7 artikel penelitian kearsipan dengan rentan waktu 2014 sampai dengan 2023. Dari 7 artikel tersebut maka bila dirata-ratakan hasilnya adalah 0,7 artikel pertahun yang diterbitkan terkait topik penelitian ini. Hasil ini masih terbilang cukup sedikit. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan terkait dengan prinsip RTBF pada bidang kearsipan, karena privasi pada arsip akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat dan prinsip RTBF yang masuk dalam UU PDP tahun 2022. Diharapakan ada penelitian lanjutan terkait prinsip RTBF pada bidang kearsipan dengan menggunakan database berbeda atau menggunakan metode lainnya, guna mengembakan topik penelitian ini di masa depan.
