Libraries are a source of knowledge and information that must always operate in order to make it easier for people to find sources of knowledge. As can be seen, the world is currently experiencing tremendous problems due to the emergence of the Covid-19 virus. All institutions, organizations must start a new adaptation in the new normal era. The library is no exception. The impact is that all services and learning are applied online. This is a new challenge, especially for libraries that still do not use digital services. In some places there are still many libraries that only serve face-to-face. One of them is the district library which is currently the object of my observation. When asked why you haven't activated online services, the answer is yes. However, there are several problems. For that, the online service has not yet been released. The purpose of this study was to fulfill the midterm exam assignments in the library and information services subject. The method used in this research is literature review and field observation. The results of this study indicate that a librarian must be professional in order to be ready in facing various situations. The conclusion is that during a pandemic we cannot make an excuse to be unproductive, both for individuals and institutions. As information experts, we must be ready to contribute to society under various conditions. Of course we have to work optimally so that the services we are bound to can satisfy library users.
